  Harris & Adams went above and beyond after my Tesla was hit at the supermarket. They helped me secure a suitable rental replacement vehicle (tried to find me another Tesla but managed to get me a Mercedes). They arranged for my car to be checked and approved by Tesla before I collected it. Karen & Daniel were fantastic at communicating and updating me along the way via text & phone. Much better experience than a normal smash repairer. Will recommend to other Tesla drivers needing quality & approved repairs.

  Dianne and the team at Harris & Adams gave us an amazing experience when we had our Discovery repaired after an accident. They went above and beyond to look after us and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again! They were a breath of fresh air in an industry that's not normally known for high levels of customer service.

  Metal speed bump caught and broke the clip on the rear bumper dislodging and cracking it on my new AMG A35.
  They repaired it quickly looks like new and they didn't try to rip me off.
