  Brett Williams from team moto was unbelievable !! The process to sell my bike was so easy I can’t even put it into words. The communication was clear and simple the whole way. This man derseves a raise and I hope he gets the credit he deserves, asset to the company ! Thanks Joanne for helping settle the back end as well, great customer service !

  Great services and friendly staff. Easy to deal with and pleasant buying experience. Would be back for parts, accessories and services. That would be a good weekend ride to and from the dealer too.

  Following 12 years in the Army my body had just about had it. After an unsuccessful surgery on my hip, I was forced to sell my much-loved super sport. I could no longer ride it without being in pain. Naturally this placed me in the market for something a bit more comfortable with a more relaxed riding position. Central Coast Harley Davidson was my first and last stop.
  
  I must admit I was quite intimidated at the idea of visiting a Harley shop for the first time. But, from the moment I walked in, the staff have been amazing. Each time I visited I ended up staying at least 30 minutes longer just to talk to the team.
  
  Jarred helped me through the process of buying my first Harley, a 2022 Breakout. From organising a test ride, to ordering a bike in from overseas (with no obligation to buy), providing updates on the order status, helping me select parts and arranging installation, gearing me up and getting me on the road, the whole experience has been incredible.
  
  I never thought I would’ve said this, but the best customer service I have experienced has been at Harley Davidson. I haven’t met a crew more welcoming and passionate about their jobs. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

  Absolutely amazing experience from enquiry to delivery. Sandro was a hoot to work with and extremely down to earth. I do not think I’ll ever want to replace my new ultra; if I do I won’t be going anywhere but here.

  If you are thinking of purchasing a Harley, you are doing your self a disservice if you do not speak to the team from Central Coast Harley, I recently purchased a bike from them can not speak highly enough about this dealership, even though I do not live locally, Jarred assisted with photos, videos and answered all my questions prior to the purchase, and at the end had the bike delivered it to my front door. Give Jarred a call from sales, you won’t be disappointed!

  Dealership in modern spacious premises with plenty of off street parking. Good range of bikes and apparel on display. Apparel prices on par with all other dealerships, but as usual I always head to the bargan bins to find good items picking up a discounted dealership tee shirt. Plenty of customers inside checking it out. Extremely friendly staff who make the best hot chocolate ever. Also have some older bikes on display. Worth a look. On a riding holiday from Melbourne.
