  Without a doubt the worst trade-related experience I've ever had from a store . The tradesman who came out to install our doors left holes in the walls. The cornices do not line up flush and he screwed guide holes into the timber because he could not find the beams to screw into. our doors that were going to be stained had to be painted over due to the countless holes that I had to putty over.
  The door handles which we specifically chosen were chipped and scratched and despite countless phone calls and emails it took 4 months to get them replaced.
  After spending thousands of dollars on these doors we were offered a couple of hundred dollars to go away and are still left with holes in the walls and substandard work. I would not recommend this store under any, I repeat any circumstance. This store and their trades people should be ashamed of themselves.

  They should be ashamed- the process from start to finish was appalling. When the doors finally got installed the workmanship was a disgrace. We 3 stacking doors- all of them had different sized and style trim ( which were all ridiculously large). Nothing was nailed down properly, there was no waterproofing, high debts out of the new internal trim. When we wanted the problems fixed it was like they were ‘ doing us a favour’ by fixing them!!! Numerous emails and phone conversations ( I’ll Initiated by us) fell on deaf ears. We were told different things by different salespeople. The customer service, or lack there of, has been a disgrace. I would not wish Doors Plus Gosford on my own worst enemy.

  My partner and I are very pleased with the French Doors package from Doors Plus (Gosford). The quotation was prompt and fellow actually steered us to the eventual solution that was cheaper, but just as practical, as the idea with which we had started out. The installer (Tom) worked quickly, and over and above the basic installation he provided excellent solutions to disguise some of the slightly quirky 'out of square' aspects of our older home's existing framework. At both an aesthetic and practicality viewpoint, the French doors are a vast improvement on the single door + window that was replaced. Highly recommended.
